Who wears a dress in Blockland?

The dress looks good with a monk, but there is no sitting animation with it.
I also have Admiral Thrawn, Finn the Human, Tau Fire Warrior, Werewolf, or a solid colored dood that has the U.S., Rasta, or team color scheme.
