Ever heard of these guys? http://www.bbsoftware.co.uk/BBFlashBack_FreePlayer.aspx I like it, it allows you to record 2 audio tracks and the quality is amazing.

(Note, I converted this down pretty heavily, I don't have very fast upload so I couldn't upload a higher quality video. I converted it down to a MP4 using a H.264 codec at 1500Kbps for the video and 128Kbps AAC audio.)

QuickTime has a screen recorder.
Download soundflower and do the audio stuff properly, and then it records the computer audio.
