Okay so, I was making my user name and everything looked cool.

I just posted and was pointed out my name was spelled wrong I don't know how but It was suppose to be "TerminallyCapricious" How can I change my name back?

he used to, I think he got tired of it and stopped doing it

I wish he would change my name to NeutralZero as I don't go by this name anymore, look on the bright side though, maybe he would be willing to do it once more.
