Brick Blockhead

Body just a body with shoulders no arms one with 2 of the shoulders
Legs peg leg and normal leg
Hands hook and normal hand
Head just a blockheads head with all the default decals
Hats all the hats

No, there was a block shaped like a blockhead, but it was only a plain player, no hats, and you could print the face.
