Also, you CANNOT beat that boss without that sticker.
The boss does 4 damage each hit and alternates each turn: 2 hits, 3 hits, 4 hits, poison blast. Do thats 8 damage, then 12 damage, then 16 damage. If you are hit with the poison (which does 7 I think), you cannot hit the boss with attacks while it attacks you. The boss has 300 health and your attacks are reduced in damage by 75% against it. That means your normal jump does a maximum of 4 damage.
The sticker negates its defense, poisons it for 30 damage, and always makes it miss for three turns. Now, tell me you dont need that sticker.
Doesn't sound like you've played this game.
And for the record, I did beat the boss.

My negativity is from the fact that they butchered my favorite Mario series a second time.
My opinions on this game will be biasly low.
Let me end on the question: How does not having or not knowing what one sticker you need to kill the boss correctly qualify me as "a bad player"?

I heard it sucked, that bosses were pushovers if you just used enough thing stickers but that they were almost impossible to defeat without thing stickers, and that you get litterally no hint of what to do in for example, puzzles and boss fights. I saw a video of the final boss and even he was a pushover, as he was defeated in no less than 2 turns and the player didn't even get to finish his epic combo of attacks. He used like 5 stickers in total.
I'm kinda doubting this game now. I'm still going to get it but I have the feeling I won't be as happy as I thought I'd be.
In case some morons still couldn't understand:
Mr. Nobody's point was that it was stupid that you needed that sponge sticker to win. I watched let's plays and nowhere did it ever tell you that you needed the sponge sticker. The boss, also once again becomes a pushover once you use that sponge sticker. It shoots poison, it backfires and it poisons itself. It does 30 damage a turn. Wow.
