Making topics look professional

I have no idea how to make my server topic look professional such as Pecon's Boss Battles and all the other famous servers.

Also I am kind of new to the forums, so, I don't know how to paste pictures

racer's topic is the only one that really looks good, all the others look like crap with their weird ass fonts and ugly colors
pecon's is just disorganized

i'd say i managed to make a pretty decent looking layout; if you want, i can use quickedit to retrieve the bbcode
