Author Topic: I got a 27 on the ACT  (Read 2186 times)

I got a 27 in 7th grade and haven't taken it since. Should probably take it again seeing as I am a senior and should have already gotten it done and applied for college. :x
You can take it in 7th grade? I thought maybe the Pre-ACT, but I was sure you'd have to wait at least until 9th to be allowed to take the ACT

I was allowed since I was in every advanced placement class they had at my middle school plus I was in PE.A.K. which is pretty much the cream of the crop class, so to speak. If you were in PEAK you were given a choice to take it. It's seriously not that big of a deal.

I'm a fairly smart person usually, I just wished I had acted with a bit more forethought in the past.

What are ACT's? I'm an Ohioan.

Oh, we call those OAA's (Ohio Achievement Assessment), and for the high schoolers, OGT's (Ohio Graduation Test).

it's cool lol, sorry i was a bit rude

I'm good at standardized tests, I like to figure out their little tricks with the answers the use logic to find the one that is most likely correct. I treat that stuff like a timed puzzle game, which is why I usually lose one or two questions blank on the math portion. I've never been too good with math, especially when it's complicated equations.
