Help With Avatar? Not Working :/

My avatar won't work. It just shows up as that little error picture. And I mean my forum avatar, not Blockland. +5 respect to the person who helps me and helps me fix it.

try resubmitting it, the attachment was removed.
If not give me the avatar, I can fix it.
