Okay, I think i've found the problem. Everytime I disable read only in the properties, it seems to re-enable it.

I have the same, although, It lets me to run the launcher, but i'll have to enter my key everytime i go online...

I wouldnt  have a problem with this. Atleast I'll get to play. Even though RTB wouldn't work...

Hmmm.. Try to wait for a moment to get it to respond. As soon as you start the program, don't even touch it. If it remains unresponsive for 5 minutes, post here.

To remove the Read Only, try to run your account as an admin so you have 100% control over your system.

You never have 100% control over your system

its like 90% most of the time, but by 100% i meant the most control he will ever get.

If you have some bullstuff anti-virus program like Norton, this is what's causing the files to stay read-only. Uninstall it and install avast! Free Antivirus or Microsoft Security Essentials.

My account is an Admin account. Wierd right?
