its like 90% most of the time, but by 100% i meant the most control he will ever get.

If you have some bullstuff anti-virus program like Norton, this is what's causing the files to stay read-only. Uninstall it and install avast! Free Antivirus or Microsoft Security Essentials.

Well, I have PieceACrap(McAfee) AND aVast (<3). I'm going to unistall McAfee and see if that helps.
