Good Free no installation Multiplayer-over-Internet games?

My friend has "those parents" that wont let anyone touch the administrator account, so he cant install anything like normal, what are some good free multiplayer games that me and him COULD PLAY ONLINE TOGETHER without having to install it with an installer (more like a click and drag to desktop)?

Nope. If it downloads as an installer, download the mac one. It has a .exe located in it too.
