Help making transparent GIFS?

I need help making a gif transparent, and I cannot do it. Please make the attachment transparent.
Aware:
size needs to be 75x75 max (I think)

I made a avatar, but it isn't trans. :I

For transparency to work the avatar must be 75x75.

But my avatar is 75x75. Thank both of you guys for helping me, but it still isn't trans.
