Blockland crashes when I try to play - can I get my money back?

If you actually allow us to diagnose the problem then you'll be able to play. It is unlikely that an update will fix this specific problem if it is never reported in detail.

an update isn't guaranteed to fix your problem if nobody knows what your problem is
it may very well be something specific to you, which means it may never get fixed unless there's action on your part.
