Advice for building.
Cool Boi:
So a few of you might remember my old topic on my building skill, well... it hasn't gotten any better.
So I'm hoping to get a little more advice on a couple things.
-Interior
-Detail
-Medieval structures
That kind of thing. So if you can help, it would be appreciated.
GEN.Fire Bird:
Dont spam.
utilize custom bricks for maximum effect.
Conan:
Medieval structures: Get yourself a copy of this (or later/earlier versions) at your local library and skim through the pictures on English Gothic/Medieval Architecture.
If you're curious you can also find greek, byzantine, egyptian, prehistoric, early christian, and styles following medieval to present day.
For detail it really depends on what kind of it, and for what type of build. Give something more specific, like TDM/DM detail or general building-to-impress-people detail.

JVS doors are great. JVS windows are bad. Roof tiles are a good tool. also try and pan your build before you build it.
Personally I LOVE wood floors, and modern contemporary homes.
Also don't use a lot of greyscale
You're library is the best place for acrchitectural styling Especially for mideval things

Get Google Chrome with its nice auto spell check so you will no longer say "mideval" instead of "medieval".
