| Ben Grapevine:
PC will always be better because you can constantly upgrade a PC unlike a console. |

i think buying a console would be cheaper in the long run. to run most high end console games you need a pretty nice PC, which is pretty expensive. meanwhile i can get a $150 fully functioning ps3 that can run any game for that console. not to mention consoles have offline co-op playability, while 99% of PC games dont, and those that do you need like an extra keyboard or a bluetooth controller or something. |

I guess one good thing is that computers (albeit more expensive) are more powerful than consoles. But for me it comes down to the controls. I hate the controls on consoles. Hell, I can hardly stand watching videos of people playing Xbox games. It's so damn jerky and imprecise. But computers have more buttons and a much more precise control scheme. As well as a much larger selection of games I think that without a doubt PCs are better. |

PCs tend to have much better hardware, albeit for a higher price. Nothing, however, is free, and a Lamborghini Aventador is probably a whole lot more expensive than a 2002 Volvo. While consoles are occasionally cheaper, they are a tad limited in their purpose, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Okay play games and... Play more games. Not to mention that most consoles of the current generation have seven year old hardware, meaning you could easily get better specs on a PC. There's also the whole argument of games can look nicer on a powerful enough PC. Take, for example, Crysis. This was a PC exclusive and only was ported to the X-Box when the console version was downgraded to look a tad less pretty (again, correct me if I'm wrong) |
