Can't connect to my dedicated server.

That means that your server is running fine and isn't caught up doing something. I could use your console.log to see what happens when it tries to start listening or when connections are received (or, if you're using UPnP, what happens during the UPnP initialization phase).

Well here's what it says when I try to connect.

On the server console it doesn't say anything, that's on the BL console.
