I really need help fixing this, I am getting desperate. It once and a while does this when I'm playing a game, I think it's a memory issue. I really am not that amazing with this kind of stuff so yea.

I've always managed to fix a BSOD by updating my drivers. So update your drivers.

If it's freezing, put a blanket on it.
I'M HERE UNTIL I'M PERMA'D FOLKS.
what a card

Yeah I used to have the same issue, then I figured out the problem. The on-board GPU was getting bad, causing a graphic freezing. I'm not sure if it's the same with a card.

The first parameter in your minidump states that a machine check exception occurred. (0x0)
The address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure was fffffa80`077f1028.
The high 32 bits of MCi_STATUS MSR for the MCA bank that had the error was 00000000`b601a000.
The low 32 bits of MCi_STATUS MSR for the MCA bank that had the error was 00000000`00000136.
Your machine is causing these exceptions. Disable shadowing in your BIOS. Following this page has fixed most of my recurring bug checks, or told me how to fix them.

So yea I'm gonna sound stupid here but, wtf there is like no option to disable shadowing in the BIOS Memory Options. I've tried everything and still cannot find a way to disable it...

take this as a chance to back up your data and send in your laptop for warranty.
