i dont shower in, drink, cook with, or brush my teeth with fluoride. refuse to.
this. fluoride does nothing to prevent cavities to your teeth, and it's also used in rat poison. it comes from aluminum or something
water here in birmingham al is supposed to be really good, I use a filter anyway. I don't know if it gets rid of fluoride or not but I think that's what the label said.

It depends on where you live. I live on tap water.

Anyways OT:
Yes, because the city providing contaminated, possibly deadly, water is definitely going to happen.
At worst your throat might get sore due to iron levels in the hard water.

The month my grandma died there was something wrong with the water, it tasted terribly wrong. It made me kind of sick. Also from what I heard About 7-8 locals died around that month.

You can always check your local government website for updates on the safety of tap water. Ignore some of the stupid comments here, you are very right to be questioning the quality of your tap water and it is good to be certain.

Sometimes it can depend what building you live in too. If you live in an old apartment block, old degrading pipes can pose risk to water quality too I believe. If you live near industrial buildings, gas stations, or other polluting buildings you may be more likely to have a lesser quality of water.

You can have water tested, there might even be do-it-yourself kits. Usually you can tell by color, smell, taste.

If you are concerned you can always buy a filter.

Its hard to suggest much, you should really research this yourself online. I'm sure there are lots of resources.

Quick tip: a 5 pH level in water is safe, so is a 12 pH level, but anything in between is toxic
I bet most of you won't get it

If you're really afraid of your water build a still.
