Lie? Why would I lie about something that happened to me in your server? I'm telling you what happened to me TWO WEEKS ago in YOUR server. Don't try to say I'm lying. I know exactly what happened. Some people were saying they were going to drama it too. I don't know if that ever went through, but either way, don't make things up when there were plenty of other people there complaining about it too. You are outnumbered.

Oh, by the way, there are plenty of other people that have multiple issues with your server and it's administration. I used to bring up your administration problems very often, and you just sat there and ignored me. Your server isn't as "amazing" and "superior" as you think it is.

My point is, it might as well be a one-man tank turret with incredible accuracy, with lots of speed and health.

You are king of the land until someone comes by and either gets a lucky shot, or has a tank himself, even THEN you need a lucky shot.

The tank is OP, the weapons are not, none of the planes are, not even the flamethrower tank is.

It isn't fun to be constantly killed by someone roaming around, switching from the driver seat to the turret, firing once, and switching back to find his next victim - and being succesful in his kill EVERY time.

Bushido says himself; that his weapons leave room for accidents, Heedicalking's vehicles do this too, why should there be a vehicle in the TDM that does not follow this rule, and is just dismissed for reason of 'but there are multiple in the server'.

No no.  I think Heed got his words mixed up, he means that what happened to you wasn't spawnkill.  You said you were killed in the spawnroom.  This is impossible because Heed made a spawnroom with a tele to the battlefield, but not the inverse.  Thus, spawn killing is impossible.  The multiple teles make it so a group of people shouldn't easily Flash Mob a base if the victims had skill.  Not even skill, more ability to run away.

Well, seeing how there are multiple tanks, if someone had the least bit of skill, luck, or game playing ability, they would be able to take out a default tank with the three RPG shots that it takes to destroy a Def tank.  Your point is different than your accusation; those being that the tank is OP compared to unbalanced teams.  I know the tank is OP, and you should always use your resources as best you can.  Infact, I'm sure I've killed you scores of times before.  Teams are balanced.

Why should luck be required, and not skill?

also, you downsize it with 'least bit', have you ever actually fought a tank?, you DO need a lot of skill/luck to take down a tank in anything other than another tank.

Although yes, this is based on player, but consider Kalphiter gets in one; which he always does.

Yes I have fought a tank, albeit expertise in combat using a tank has increase my knowledge on the exploitable weak-points of the tank has allowed me to be more able in defeating them; the best way is to have out your RPG, jump in the tank with him, wait for him to shoot again, then jump out and blast at a 50 degree angle downward.  This deals the most damage to the tank while giving the least to the blowback from your point-blank position.  The other most effective way is to snipe the turret from really far away.
