I live in a very very very small neighborhood. my dad doesn't pay me to do anything and my neighbors already got kids to do their work

My parents thought that if I offered to do some work around the house, they shouldn't pay me for it. To be honest, the amount of money they already spend on you: food, clothes e.t.c. you should help with out being payed for it. Only now am I starting to earn money as I finally got a job.

sounds like your parents are just cunts

i'd give my children money for jobs just so they get some sort of sense of how stuff works in the real world and more importantly how to manage their money

Sounds like spoiling your kids.
"Hey kids, would you mind giving me a hand with the washing up?"
"Not unless you pay me for it!" they say, playing on an xbox eating crisps.

no, that'd be a forgeted way to do it

they'd have a list of daily chores and they'd be paid weekly. that's how most parents i know do it and it works fantastically

My dad barely pays me to do chores around the house. I don't get paid crap for anything inside the house, and I get some stuffty minimum wage outside the house, it would take me years (upon years) to get a computer under my minimum specifications and by that time they would of already bought me one for school purposes.

i don't get paid at all for chores, and the last time i did it was for a short period six years ago
boo-hoo your life is so hard

It has like an AMD hd 7450 graphics card. It's better than what I'm using right now.

This is what I read it as.
Oh dear

It took me six months to finally get an interview with a decent company. Try harder; it pays off in the end, literally!

Wait why does she need such a powerful computer in the first place?

but you're 3
maybe I should.
Still, it kind of bugs me that a company advertises that they're hiring and then emails you back 5 minutes after you apply basically saying "nope forget you"
