Likely banned for just being stupid.
Not all bans are delivered for breaking specifically listed rules.

I've been banned for being a "moron" before.
Badspot has full discretion to ban anyone, whenever, for however long and for whatever reason he likes.


Plus, considering the specific quote that they were banned for, I wouldn't doubt it was for being particularly stupid.
