Actually, if it's logical it wouldn't be Powergaming.
When someone from the military targets some insane kid, their forgeted.
And I never said that my character hates your character, but my character thinks people whom are insane should be put out of their misery. Their danger to themselves and everyone around them. Also: Having your character hate another character for ooc reasons isn't Powergaming.
Also, your logic saying that a character has to do something wrong to be killed is handicapped.
John F. Kennedy didn't do anything wrong and he got killed, Powergame!!!
Oh yeah and I was also kinda joking.

Though, still:
You cannot make my character seem bad because he is insane. I highly doubt your character can snipe, and if you just go around killing me I will consider it freekilling.
Also, your character didn't know Nathan went insane.
