I think before you actually open the server you should improve the interiors to the buildings for a few minutes. One thing Bluzone absolutely nailed was the area size. By area I mean interiors of buildings mostly. The spaces were small yet great for RP. To improve on this all you have to do is add a few more walls and doors. The medical building is probably the worst, but it could be amazing if it was edited for just a few minutes. I'd be happy to help if you want.
Even without that change it's still cool, and like you said - role-play is more important than the build. It's just something that could be fixed with very little time and resources to maximize the awesomeness :)

If you mean the downstairs, as of now the room was planned for future usage. I can make it look slightly more scrap if you wish. Not sure about the upstairs though.
