You must RP into it.
Most people think they are part of the bandit faction, the easiest to get into, but they aren't. I can list a few names, such as Nathan and Luke.
The Modernizers are RP-only, and you must be good too.
Republic is not yet opened.

You don't need to ask to join bandits or anything.

Hm, just my thought, because barely anyone gives a stuff to the bandits even though they say they are when they do stuff and shtey stuff when called upon.
