If you're out in the cold for more than half an hour, you die of hypothermia. If you want to live, you have to stay indoors.
It's not like it's forcing you to stay indoors, it's just not safe to go out adventuring with a low body temperature.

That's a pretty selfish thing to say.
You really shouldn't string people on like that, unless you follow it up with how to do it.
Unless, of course, you're lying.
And at this point in time that's what I'm thinking.
