it's one of those complicated games that i really suck at but are so awesome-looking that you just want to keep playing, regardless of stupid rich people buying out my average-people houses and then whining because they can't find any jobs.

I remember using a cheat that was a park that gave you an absurd amount of income. Sometimes I would just build as many as these parks as possible and see how unreasonably high I could get my money.
