People said voting no does not lower the yes counts but just skips the game or something. It's pretty selfish of them for them to do that either way and it shows they are a bit afraid of Blockland catching up to them.

I'm unsure what you mean by "skips the game." Voting down has exactly the same effect as not voting.

So can't Badspot send in a demo to Valve/Steam and let them evaluate the game? All Badspot would have to do really is make sure he sets the demo to the shader option to Minimum as default, just to make the game not seem old when Valve first tries it out.
