Disarm Mod

Ok so what I am asking for seems to me like it would be very simple and could be useful for a jail style deathmatch. Could a mod be made to have it so if you click on a player/player's weapon (either one would be fine with me) from so close they have a chance to drop whatever they are holding? There is a code like that for the new basketball. This could add even more depth to jail deathmatches because you could take keys from guards and such. I would really like to see this mod made.
