In FPSs when an enemy starts to shoot you or a grenade indicator is active and you need to run through a doorway to save yourself but out of no where your team-mates come and decide "OH! I HEAR NOISES. LET ME STAND IN THE loving DOOR WAY JUST TO SEE WHATS GOING ON." and the only thing you can do is just try to push through and scream "MOOOOOOVE!!". and then bam, you're both dead.

Mvm. Oh god mvm. Random hatless joins and tells our engineer to switch. We refuse. He changes to sniper and stays in one easy-to-shoot place. He constantly bitches and moans about how stupid our team is. We then fail the round. He complains he is holding the entire team on his shoulders and suddenly this is why votekick was invented.
