It's because you've trained yourself to stay up this late because you do it every night. Maybe if you tried to get some some sleep now (which I seriously doubt, you won't take anyone's advice,) you would maybe be able to train yourself to sleeping early. Nevertheless, you're being too stubborn to take anyone's advice, so I doubt you'll take mine. Just step up and better yourself. It will help in the long run.
