Yeah

EDIT: Rub, What do you mean by long term?
If it does shut down, will I get a refund for my remaining days?
Nasoa:
I only have 9 days left, can I renew at all? What's even the procedure for renewing a server so there's no interruption in service?
Ephialtes:
Couple of answers here ... we're going to continue accepting orders for the time being since it shouldn't take much work to keep the service running as-is for the moment.

If we decide to stop running the service, we won't be shutting it down until everyone's contracts have expired so don't worry about that.

You can renew but only once you receive the reminder email which you should get when there are 5 days left on your contract.
