A handful of people, including myself, have experienced some issues but it's a drop in the bucket compared to the 60 or so servers they are hosting. Furthermore, it seems like many of the issues are a result of flaws in the game or the engine it's built on. Flaws that don't show up till you host a server for an extended period of time. |

The remote console disconnects considerably less frequently than Kalphiter's did. (Almost never outside of maintenance periods.) I like all the features it offers, really helps simplify running the server. Before anyone barks any of Kalphiter's recent additions to me, I'm going by my own experience, where his service showed no indication of progress for the ~year we used it. |

Servers don't just error and crash, there's almost always a reason and those reasons are almost always user errors. |
