you can enable music by using the change gamemode button iirc

How I can use Managed Servers? Not Owned Servers. I mean how I can assigned to someone?

Use the "Access Control" section of the menu to add users and set the permission level you want them to have.

What's the point of empty graphs
The data is secret. You can only see it if you have special eyes.

Have just added more RTT checks to our munin monitoring installation using 3 strategic locations (Fremont, CA, Atlanta, GA and Manchester, UK), as you can see below. This should help us verify claims of networking issues and understand exactly what latency issues are caused by. I'm currently looking into making output from these graphs public, will update when I have that.

Reading the whole post is key to understanding it.

Right, here's an issue but I don't need to raise a support ticket to aquire help, as this is probably an issue with the FTP access.

I delete a folder which is empty and I get this error in Windows FTP.

In FileZilla it'll delete the stuff inside it but will not delete the folder. Why's this?

Permissions were incorrect in the original FTP user template, I'll fix that for you now.

Edit: sorted, reconnect and you should be able to remove directories.
