What percentage of Blockland players are noobs?

Just a little brain teaser for you guys, lets try to figure it out!

I hope you're just asking us to estimate how many players are "newbies." If so, it would be difficult to determine because each of us has a different opinion on what ranks someone as a newbie in BL.
