Erm do a raffle for 2$ - 3$ (If its 5$ no one will enter, it's way too much. But at 2$ you will most likely get a lot of people)

Let it go for a week. Then put names inside of a hat, then SHAKE IT LIKE A MAD MAN. Pull one out, profit.

But no bias.

Hats are unbiased. Everyone knows that.
Tophats seem to have a problem with those of darker pigment.

I'd totally buy it but I dont buy things online like, ever.

actually that's a good idea. however, I have asked everyone I know, I have yet to find anyone interested in the raffle I was to host weeks ago. anyone interested in this forum can participate when or if I set it up tomorrow.
details will probably be posted on my website in my profile.

I'll trade you a Saints row 3 key for it.

There are people selling the deluxe edition for 35 bucks you know.

I'll give you $30 for it.

Ok, selling the code for $30. anyone interested, I can provide a paypal account, or any other mode of transferring money.

If you make people pay money to be able to win something, that's called a lottery.
Lotteries are ILLEGAL (in the US)
Criteria to meet a lottery:
A prize
A winner
Making people pay to enter
