Why does it look like play-doh? .-. You should probably try some form of texturing, though I don't know what program you're working in, so I don't know how you'd go about that. For your sake, I hope it's less complicated than the hell that is known as ZBrush.
Just used zbrush to actually finish the commission i have been working on. I got it from my design teacher.

I love Zbrush! I use that program every day, I have to know it fairly well since I teach it at my school.
Sweet, it's one heck of a learning curve but once you get used to it then it becomes rewarding.

Sorta a bird hybrid thing. This might actually be a sorta base model.

Her arms are large at the end because they're going to be kinda feathery and it stylizes pretty well.

Her breasts . . . i'll work on those.

Her head and beak will be worked on as well. I literally just made this in like 5 minutes. I'm quite happy with it.
