Soda has very little salt in it, but soda is mostly water. Also, too much water without food will forget up your liver.

which is actually a myth

Actually not.
Sugar is a dehydrator, and there is a forget ton of sugar in soda.

Funny because this is totally false

All I drunk in Greece(40C) was soda and I'm not dead

Did I say you would die?  Nope

Did I say you would die?  Nope
Well, I wasn't dehydrated either
7 days only drinking a dehydrator would I say quite kill

Actually not.
Sugar is a dehydrator, and there is a forget ton of sugar in soda.
There's also a forgetton of water.

Okay let me restate my first statement.

Sugar will dehydrate the body if consumed in large quantities, such as drinking soda and nothing else.

Where did you get that sugar dehydrates? I've never been dehydrated by sugars or anything like that.

Basic Chemistry and Biology.

Lol.

Sugar doesn't directly dehydrate you, but more so indirectly.
In most soda's the main dehydration is done by caffeine, but Sprite definitely will dehydrate you if consumed as your only drink

Edit;
Not that you should be worried about dehydration, as the alcohol you consume on a daily basis will already dehydrate you

Sugar might be but soda overall isn't.

There isn't enough sugar or caffeine for it to actually dehydrate you

This might be valid in theory, but in practice nope

Compared to water?
Yes, it will dehydrate you.

You do know we have kidneys, right? Just because you took 9th grade biology and 10th grade chemistry doesn't mean you're a doctor.

Let's just test this on Alyx Vance!

I'm not handicapped, but in theory, soda compared to water will result in dehydration.

Okay, what? Compared to water? that's like saying 2+2=5 compared to 8*6

Yes, it will dehydrate you.
obviously it's not as hydrating as water, nobody suggested it was

soda is a net hydrating drink, that's my point. you will not get dehydrated from drinking it because there's enough water in it to make up for any loss the sugar/caffeine has
