Can someone make a mod where items cant be Shared But Dropped

What i want is a way for items to be dropped but others players cant pick them up
Sounds eays enough can someone make it?

Does it really make a difference if so then
Zorrect= Idk

And in that case, An addon adds things or modifies existing features therefore both would work if im correct.

Really? Seems to me like a modification adds on to the normal game.
This would be extremely helpful. Maybe have a PickupItems preference for the playertype?
