I downloaded 21 weps and vehicles and then while starting a server, it crashed.

Post a console log.

JPSC:

* Start Blockland
* Press ~ to open console
* Type trace(1); and press enter
* Press ~ to close the console
* Click "options"
* Wait for crash
* Exit game / close crash dialog
* Post your my documents/Blockland/console.log file
