Does the NVIDIA GeForce GT 620 graphics card 1GB support BL's version of shaders

What do you mean?
The GT 540M is a laptop GPU and the GT 620 is a PC GPU, not to mention the 620 came after the 540M.

in almost all cases, the performance decrease from it being mobile means it's one class back of the desktop version
yours would be comparable to a GT 530, so
