Have you recently been on a plane? Any drastic changes in pressure or altitude? Allergies? Doesn't sound too serious, but if you've recently gone hiking or been on a plane, it could be really bad altitude sickness. If recommend you quit smoking for a while and drinking.

Another thing you could try since there might be something in your lungs or sinuses that's loving with your system, is go buy some eucalyptus oil, only the organic 100% pure stuff, no added chemicals, then boil some water, put a couple drops in the cup - literally a couple drops, otherwise it loving hurts your lungs, personal experience - and then cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam. It'll clear EVERYTHING. It's amazing.

Good luck and feel better homie.

No altitude changes or anything. And its not a bad feeling, like a headache or anything.. Like right now I feel fine. Its just an inconvienicence when I got blood all over me.

Would still take a break from the substances until you find out what's wrong.

i dont really get all the people saying that "smoking, drinking, smoke weed there's your problem". i mean how do those really give you any of the effects that op is talking about? i would think he does it in moderation and not like guzzling 20 six packs of coronas a day or something.

Yeah, I have come to the conclusion that its either...
1. Lack of food
2. I have brain cancer (Probably the less possible one)

Im 17, in good health, smoke, drink, smoke weed, havent ever snorted anything.
"in good health" and "smoke" don't even belong in the same sentence.  considering you're 17 and smoking it's likely that you probably aren't modest in your drinking either.

go to a doctor and find out whats wrong.  quit those stuffty habits while you're at it.

they certainly don't have to be the direct cause but there's no reason to rule them out.

yeah none of the effects the OP is suffering from would have anything to do with smoking cigs, pot, or drinking.
that just wouldnt make sense

plus weed can't really kill people

You will die. Smoking and drinking at 17.
No, just kidding, but really, those symptoms just seems like effects of alcohol.

They're definitely not.

Maybe he cut his snake on a tuna jar

You could be having migraines.

Nose bleeds and headaches are never effects of alcohol.

Alcohol doesn't break down anything in your body / stop function of a certain muscle that regulates/contains the movement of blood within you.

Depressant drugs (alcohol being one of them) =/= nosebleeds
Nor does alcohol make you black out. It gives you memory loss if you get heavily "hammered".

Cannabis is incapable of giving you blackouts, and you're loving handicapped if you even think
inhaling a flora-based depressant drug causes damage to anything that manages your blood.

Now the headaches? Cannabis, like Yolo Yola said, IS capable of halting the production of brain cells in undeveloped brains (aka minors) but it is not capable of brain cell DEstruction. So pain can't rally be from cannabis.
Alcohol, on the other hand, is sort of known to produce negative symptoms in the head like headaches.

But I'm honestly not even considering the possibility of you drinking enough alcohol to get headaches afterwards because if that was the case then you're a loving failure.

Now, Nicotine, or cigarretes, whatever you want to call it, despite being VERY bad for you, isn't (as far as I know) known to do any of these. MAYBE it could give you a nosebleed, probably not, but I don't know.

P.S.
Nicotine makes it much easier for cancer to grow; it does NOT make cancer

those symptoms just seems like effects of alcohol.
lol'd hard gg
