Ballmod not showing up?

It's in the Non-RTB Add-ons section of the RTB mod manager. If you can't find it in the default add-ons manager, then you probably deleted it by accident or something.

If they deleted it by accident, then the launcher would redownload it for them. So, even if he did, I believe they would still be there.
