His application is basically yelling "hey i'm a video maker, I can make a video of your server for admin!"
making videos and add-ons isn't what makes a great admin, his app wasn't very specific.

If he left the "I might make a video on this to" part out, he would be kinda fine, your right, he needs to have more reasoning, and be specific.
