Can Blockland be bought with Ice cards?

My Brother is thinking of buying Blockland but only has a Pre-paid visa Ice card. Can it be paid with this?

If you can link it to amazon then you're good I think.

Some of those pre-paid cards work online, try and link it with Amazon like others have said. Also, try not to use pre-paid cards a lot on unknown stores as I hear from many people they are easier to steal info.
