How do I take pictures of the chat?

When I press print screen, the chat and every other display disappears for the screenshot

How do I change this so I can take a shot of the chat?

Also, why take pics of chat?
You cannot use them to proof anything.

Sorry to break it to you Watson, but not everyone wants to photoshop their chat so they can frame someone.
