Serious question here- is this topic a joke? OP sounds so serious but, I don't see how he could be. Of course the flying fat guy from the north pole isn't real, unless you're nuts I don't think anybody really believes in him. It's a historical fact that he was a real man in Greece or something, that's not exactly a matter of belief. But there isn't anybody other than children who seriously believe in Santa.

I don't believe in him as a jolly fat guy in a red suit. I believe in him as the spirit of Christmas.
