How should I go about transferring BL files between computers?

Ok, I might sound stupid here, but I need a step-by-step on how to do this.

enter C:\Users\Username\Documents or C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents
copy the Blockland folder to said flash device
copy Blockland folder to C:\Users\Username\Documents or C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents on the new computer

Should I cut out the Blockland folder in the new computer before pasting it?

merge the two folders and overwrite if needed, the Blockland folder on the new computer would just be a clean install
