Seeing a couple of men running down the corridor, I begin firing my rifle from the hip, successfully suppressing them. I then slip through through the hole after my newly met comrade.

Naz seems to already be pushing back against the block, bullets begin to ricochet on the stone block, "Close, quick!" he says.

I begin pushing the block back.

After hovering for a bit I located what looks like an old mining camp. Less to kill, the better for me. I landed a few minutes away and walked onwards to the camp. When I found it, there were dead bodies and... whatever the hell those things were eating them. I continued with the plan and snuck towards the entrance to the mine.

The block slides back into place with little resistance, on the other side, the shouts of bandits can be heard.  The room, however, is pitch black, nothing can be heard, however, there is a slight draft.

I unzip my bag and pull out my Maglite, "You okay?"

"Yes, I fine." I said, feeling for a wall in the pitch black room.  I stepped toward my right, feeling a wall, however, something was under my foot, something metal...

I turn my light on and shine it around.

I get my first contract, to kill some sort of government person, I really don't know. All I want is the gold. I see that I can poison his wine at a dinner, and I slip some pills in the wine bottles in the cellar. I don't care if I kill other people.

As Alexander shines his light around, torches can be seen mounted on the walls.  Naz grabs for one, striking it against the floor again and lighting it like a match as he did the last, illuminating the room.  On the floor lie three skeletons, each armed with different guns of sorts, and by their sides, small mounds of gold.  Naz smiles in the glint of light, "Ya eelahaly..." he says to himself.

I arrive with the VTOL at a Southern Settlement, I sigh as I begin doing a few jobs for the locals, earning some extra cash.

Naz bends down, scooping up gold coints into his hands, examining them closely.  He smiles with delight, toying with the coins.

Meanwhile:  The skeletons on the floor seem to be wearing DETD Mercenary fatigues.  One of them carries a Saiga 12k shotgun, an AKs-74un, and an AK-47 with a PSO scope mounted on it.  Each of them carries an MP-446 'Viking' pistol.

I finally realized that nobody is dumb enough to keep gold and important stuff inside a mine where it could easily be destroyed by falling rubble or just stupidity. I looked around for where it might be stored in when I spotted an old and worn down trailer. Probably where the supervisor did his job. A whatever-the-hell-it-was was sleeping on top of it and two were playing tug-o-war with one of the tires. Nothing is easy anymore. I decided to wait for a minute and inspect the creatures. They could easily be described as 'pests' because they just looked like oversized rats. They were probably a little shorter than me if they stood on their back legs and their teeth could break a bone in half easier than I could break a pencil. I probably walked into my own death, but I had to find some stuff related to the treasure. I'll check out the trailer later, so I scurry inside the mine to check if the miners that were here were stupid and had important crap and gold down there.

I pick up a handgun and take the PSO off of the AK-47. "Your name?" I ask, slipping the PSO in my bag and making a makeshift holster on my belt for the Viking.

Zebellan had met up with his team and they had loaded up in armored black SUV's. There were a total of 5 other hired guns. The suit had briefed them at the loading bay, "You are to follow orders, in an out, kill anything that moves. If you take anything, my men will shoot you as soon as you come into view. Everything is private property, if you destroy anything, it will come out of your pay check." The men grumbled at the strict rules but complied anyways.

"We are here," said the driver as they pulled up to an old mining facility. "Remeber," the suit said as the men did last checks on their gear, "In and out." They piled out of the vehicle.
