im looking to make models and import them, what format does Blockland use.

You have to export models in .dts format, default feature in Milkshape(35$, easy to learn) and a plugin for blender(free, but a bit complicated).

Isn't it ".DDS"?

Just googled it .DTS is right.
.DDS is a texture file.

add "bengrapevine" on steam and ill walk you through it

The model of Blockland / Torque Game Engine based games is ".dts".

Almost all modelling programs can export to a Wavefront .obj, so I use a program to convert them called "obj2dts". You may google it to download obj2dts.

Another way to convert to DTS is importing the model to Blender 2.49b and then exporting. Blender can import a dozen different 3D file formats.
