From what I've seen, ZombiU is fantastic. That's all I know about the Wii U. :x

I have a Wii U and I love it.
Get the Deluxe set if you can because 8gb ain't enough.
Perhaps buy a external hard drive for the Wii U too.
Some good games are Nintendo Land, ZombiU (from what I saw), Scribblenauts Unlimited, and uh that mario one i forget.
